The details of the buyer's
relationship with the broker are made clear through a buyer's representation
agreement and includes details about commission. This agreement between
Ueckert Realty and our clients is signed when you agree to hire Ueckert
Realty associates. The details of the data made available in MLS or
the marketing materials of the homes our clients are considering will
also dictate what buyer service fee the seller is willing to pay, but our
buyers do not generally pay us for our services at all, even when the sellers
are not willing to pay our normal rate.
